Sleep well
The list of health benefits from sleep is endless. The benefits include better ability to reason and solve problems, reduced anxiety, good blood pressure and better weight management. At least 8 hours of sleep per night are needed. Below is a list of things you ca do (or avoid) to sleep better.
Don't drink coffee in the afternoon
Avoid bright lights and screens (ex. phone, laptop, tv) while in bed.
Go to bed at the same hour everyday.
Have a bedtime routine (ex. reading a book under dim light, listening to a podcast).
