In Swahili "Leo" means "Today". You can only have good health one day at a time. Do what you can with what you have today. Eat well today, exercise today, meditate today and sleep well today.
Information on health and lifestyle is abundant but also complex, sometimes intimidating and often useless. I created this website to simplify major concepts of healthy living. I don't believe in one-size-fit-all approach but I also know that basic physiologic principles, such as energy intake and consumption, apply to everyone. So if you can't run, walk, it is still very beneficial for your health. If you can't walk 2 Km, walk 1 Km -- every step taken in the right direction is commendable. One step leads to two and so on.
