Meditation

Your body cannot be well when your mind isn't. The reverse is also true. Take time everyday to sit down in a quiet place and do nothing. Whether it's simply focusing on your breathing or softly and mindfully saying words about gratitude, kindness, compassion and forgiveness, to yourself and others -- it's meditation -- and it's good for your mental and physical health.
