How much is too much alcohol? It depends on many factors and the safest way is probably not to drink at all. Alcohol abuse is associated with liver disease, excessive weight, heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, some cancers and more -- if you want to drink and stay healthy at the same time, there is a bit longer answer for you. Below is an outline on safe alcohol use
Don't drink more than 3 times/days per week
Beer: don't drink more than 2 small bottles (33cl) per day
Wine: don't drink more than 1 glass (15cl) per day
Liquor: don't drink more than 1 shot (4cl) per day
